BAD RELIGION
THE HORSESHOE TAVERN, TORONTO / JANUARY 27TH

Being close enough to Bad Religion to see them spit is a luxury for fans in the punk community and Toronto lucked out with the opportunity to see the True North vets tear apart a 400-capacity spot. Thanks to the setting provided by The Shoe and 102.1 The Edge, the West Coast role models framed their 23-song set with material from 11 albums, and even as they ripped into “American Jesus” and “21st Century (Digital Boy)” towards the end, the night still raged. For almost everyone in attendance, the comedown from such a punk rock ruckus isn’t easy, but man, is it priceless.
