This past Tuesday eve (May 29th), Brighton legends THE KOOKS played to a packed house over at Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall — sorting through Konk, Listen, Inside In/Inside Out, and more. Their set turned out to be a sprawling epic as it tossed around a few loosies (“Be Who You Are”) and numbers that casually defined the 2000s (“Sway”, “She Moves In Her Own Way”), but it also underlined a group that is still bent on kissing your soul with a bouquet full of riffs.
