PARKLIFE is in a class of its own. The Manchester, England festival got its start in Platt Fields before accepting a transfer to Heaton Park in 2012, and since then it has grooved its way into becoming one of the biggest live music settings in Europe. Its infatuation with indie and dance has wooed Frank Ocean and N.E.R.D, and this weekend is no different as the likes of Disclosure, Migos, and Solange have been pinned to dozens of noisemakers who are bent on adding a bit of grime and house to your summer.

Saturday and Sunday’s (June 8th & 9th) festivities are tapped with beat wizards (Bicep, Kaytranada), poetic soul hitters (George Ezra, Jacob Banks), and a few no nonsense rap queens (Stefflon Don), and for every Nao or The Streets, there’s a pocket full of risers like Slowthai and Col3trane who are there to split genres.
