MOLSON AMPHITHEATRE, TORONTO / AUG. 9
If you were a child born in the 80s’, there’s a good chance your parents raised you on JOURNEY. Why? The classic rock band from San Francisco pretty much owned (or for you old rockers – “kicked ass”) during their rise to popularity and even with a somewhat new frontman, the group have continued to carry on their tradition. Their recent gig at Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto was bold proof as the Journey belted out the hits – “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)”, “Faithfully”, “Anyway You Want It” – and showed their magic still has that nostalgic feel to it.
