One of the more memorable bands of the summer, OF MONSTERS AND MEN aren’t afraid of churning out a stimulating knock of indie folk in front of a few hundred fans. In fact, they’re actually not afraid to do it regardless as their Thursday night set at the Kool Haus undressed My Head Is An Animal while couples held hands, bearded men swooned and the odd teenager drifted off into oblivion. From afar, the vibe made the Icelandic six-piece seem like their edgier counterparts over in Reykjavik but their music held more kindness, blissing-out our ears in no time at all.
