Holy shit, BORN RUFFIANS are back. The Midland rockers teased a new track just after New Year’s Day in January, but “Needle” is an official single with a glorified sting. It’s off of their next disc titled Birthmarks and Luke Lalonde’s compelling use of imagery makes you contemplate what it must feel like to be “a song without an album”. In short, the quartet add some beautiful grit to their nimble form of indie rock and it’s a wholesome jump from 2010’s Say It.
