Chicago’s THE ORWELLS pretty much impregnated 2012 with the release of their full-length Remember When and nothing’s holding them back from de-flowering 2013. “Other Voices” is the title track off of a new extended play they have coming out next month, and while its a thrash-heavy rock jingle, its a sign that working with TV On The Radio’s Dave Sitek is paying off.
