After releasing “French”, “VCR” and “Earl” in what seems like eons ago, Odd Future have steadily built a reputation of making music videos 1,000 times better than a VH1 special. HODGY BEATS’ co-directed clip with Ian Flanagan for “Alone” is just another conceptual piece the collective get to call their own as the one half of MellowHype does a little self-reflecting. The video’s a thoughtful twist on the style of Mellow’s “64” and “La Bonita” so watch it above.
