Real Estate guitarist Matt Mondanile started DUCKTAILS as a solo project in the late 2000s’, doing splits and cassettes until it turned into a full-band gig with this year’s The Flower Lane. This week, Mondanile announced a new EP he recorded on his own, revealed the pensive tune “Honey Tiger Eyes”, and noted that he’s gone back to “the blown out guitar and synthesizer work of his past releases”.
