Thankfully, the gang at Buzz Records know how to party. With a little help from Collective Concerts, the Toronto-based label held A VERY SPECIAL KRAMPUS PARTY at The Garrison on Saturday (December 6th), ditching the mistletoe for extra servings of DIY tunes. GREYS, ODONIS ODONIS, WEAVES, DILLY DALLY, and THE BEVERLEYS were in attendance and while prodding through sweet alt melodies, technical issues/enhances, and a cover of the Charlie Brown theme song, they all validated that Buzz has become a crucial part of the history of Canadian punk rock. They’re influential trailblazers in their own right given their history and as these sets show, they can still rock the lederhosen right off your skin.
