Having already played shows in Seattle, Austin, and New York, THE XX set up shop at Toronto’s RBC Echo Beach on Monday (May 22nd) and were undeniably flawless. The London trio never really fell out of sync during their 17-song set as they simply went for it — amplifying the textures and emotional pulls that come with I See You and Coexist while letting songs like “On Hold”, “VCR”, and “Fiction” take their loud-quiet routine to new heights.
