This past Thursday (Oct. 19th), Red Bull Sound Select’s ‘3 Days In Toronto’ series kicked off at The Great Hall with MAJID JORDAN, A L L I E, CHRIS LAROCCA, and a surprise live appearance from DVSN. It wound up being a tremendous success as it spotlighted local creatives (Dre Ngozi, Nino Brown) and Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman’s new project, but it also showed how remarkable the city’s music scene can be when there’s less clique politics involved.
