Who: The Clientele
Where: The Horseshoe Tavern, Toronto
When: March 19 2010
A breath of fresh air straight out of London, U.K., The Clientele incorporate almost everything into their music. To accompany groovy bass lines and guitar work, they add hypnotizing violin and drums that echo the British Invasion to an extent. Their name may not be The Beatles, but tracks like “Bookshop Casanova” will melt your senses in your home or leave you dancing.
