Going hand-in-hand with independent record labels, emerging artists stole our hearts, were blasted out of TVs and even made parties rock that much harder. Since both BLARE and Canadian record label Outside Music dig young artists, we’re giving away 12 studio albums from this year to one avid music fan. The records involved? Some names include Bright Eyes, MellowHype, Tennis, Washed Out, Smith Westerns, Bass Drum Of Death, Mogwai, Dum Dum Girls and more.
