TRACK/MP3: ††† (Crosses) – “Prurien†”

Another cut revealed by the side-project ††† (CROSSES), “Prurien†” is a very atmospheric electronic take from Deftones’ Chino Moreno and Far’s Shaun Lopez. The track was originally meant to be a metal song but this stripped-down-to-synth version carries more weight, painting visual landscapes with full disclosure. As Lopez revealed to Rolling Stone, the song “ultimately morphed into something opposite… less aggressive, still big and resonating”.
