GOING LIVE: The Wonder Years, Polar Bear Club

THE WONDER YEARS, POLAR BEAR CLUB, TRANSIT, THE STORY SO FAR
THE ANNEX WRECKROOM, TORONTO / MAR. 14TH

If looks could kill, THE GLAMOUR KILLS TOUR lineup for its 2012 tour run would drop anyone within a second. Literally. From head to toe, the tour is dressed with a diverse yet coarse emotional output of punk rock, covering all styles and sounds and every single band – THE WONDER YEARS, POLAR BEAR CLUB, TRANSIT and THE STORY SO FAR – delivered. Amidst the sweat inside of The Annex Wreckroom in Toronto, it was, as Ryan Gosling fans say, “beautiful”. Punk music is often associated with death, but it’s beating strong, and with memorable hooks and the passionate connection that seems to take place between a band and crowd, it’s only getting stronger.
