These words received via text message during BAD RELIGION’s revival of punk rock in the heart of Toronto equally summarized the Thursday night as every artist in the city – along with North By Northeast – went straight for the jugular. North of the border talent like GREY KINGDOM and UNCLE BAD TOUCH mesmerized, VACATIONER and WHITE RABBITS punched holes in a few hearts and Lee’s Palace was a sweaty hardcore mess – but thanks to PROTEST THE HERO and others – we discovered dropkicking the air is natural.
