Saturday’s inaugural showing of eclectic music at Niagara-On-The-Lake was undoubtedly threatened by a couple of downpours but no one seemed to mind. CITY AND COLOUR, METRIC, JIMMY EAT WORLD, SERENA RYDER and YUKON BLONDE were at the top of their game at Butler’s Barracks National Historic Site, proving a summer undercard could initiate an array of electrifying sets. Not only did the half-day jaunt mark Dallas Green’s return to the Niagara Region, but it reassured concert-goers that the local community is totally capable of kicking out an annual jamboree that requires shades. Full of incredible tunes and micro-brews, here are our photos from Butler’s Barracks.
