With a new full-length record in stores and a massive touring schedule ahead, it would have been a loss not to take in THE FLATLINERS’ album release show at The Horseshoe Tavern last week (September 19th). Every slab of punk and emotional shard to Dead Language (out now on Fat Wreck/New Damage) was pretty evident in the group’s local celebration that came equipped with a packed house, flowing shots of whiskey, and a gut-delivered rendition of “Drown In Blood” that was equally insane and powerful. Toronto’s JUNIOR BATTLES also provided support next to a few others (Cunter, The Motorleague) and the rest was history. Take a look at our photos from the show below.
