Thank God for ALVVAYS. “Adult Diversion” isn’t brand spanking new but it’s a well-crafted cut that slips you shades of Dinosaur Jr., DIIV, and Eternal Summers before reminding you why you’d be a fool to bypass Canada’s indie scene. The Toronto outfit’s upcoming debut LP was produced by Chad VanGaalen and mixed by Holy Fuck’s Graham Walsh, and if you’ve yet to develop a crush on vocalist Molly Rankin, then make sure to check out the band’s run with Yuck.
