For those of you that don’t know, Brooklyn’s Collect Records is a creative imprint run by Geoff Rickly, Norman Brannon, and Shaun Durkan, and it’s one that’s becoming known for its smart moves. Need an example? The outlet joined forces with Vinyl Me, Please and hosted a SXSW day party at Wonderland (Thursday March 19th), showcasing the likes of SICK FEELING, FERAL FUTURE, CREEPOID, VANISHING LIFE, and Rickly’s UNITED NATIONS. Things got heavy and photographer Julia Marcello was there to capture some of the new emo wave ear candy.
