Hate ’em or love ’em: MUMFORD & SONS are performers in their own right. Having left a mark on Bonnaroo, the British outfit road tripped to The Commons in Niagara-On-The-Lake on Monday (June 15th) and turned the townie oasis into a full-fledged rock concert. They opened with “Lovers’ Eyes”, took on “Just Smoke” with THE MACCABEES, and in one full swing, re-introduced thousands of fans to all three albums – diving straight into Sigh No More, Babel, and Wilder Mind just to uncover a ridiculous amount of depth. Very few bands can do the latter – let alone turn Butler’s Barracks into a place that instills everlasting memories. Photographer Steve St. Jean was at the show – check out his gallery above.
