The universe got a little weird this past Monday (Mar. 13th) as THE FLAMING LIPS tagged Toronto’s Rebel Nightclub with a blitz of intergalactic psychedelia. The group’s headlining set didn’t turn out to be an imagining of Eureeka’s Castle on acid but it came close to creating a stellar black hole as Wayne Coyne and company embraced theatrics and tore through the likes of Oczy Mlody, Embryonic, and The Soft Bulletin (!!!).
