Last fall, THE BEACHES released “Give It Up”, the first sample from the Toronto foursome’s anticipated debut album. Today, they’ve shared another single called “Money” and it’s a catchy-as-hell alt riffer that practically melts in your mouth. The track itself flirts with various records that defined mid-’00s fuzz — including Antics, Room On Fire, and Lullabies To Paralyze — and it taps into their cut ‘n’ thrust ‘tude that’s made fans out of Emily Haines and Jesse Hughes. Watch and listen above, and check out the group’s tour dates which includes a U.S. run with Death From Above 1979.
The Beaches’ debut full-length will be out later this year via Universal Music
