This past Thursday (May 24th), BROKEN SOCIAL SCENE joined forces with John Gourley and PORTUGAL. THE MAN to help kick off “another epic summer of music” at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage. The Lords of Portland cut through Evil Friends and surreal covers of T. Rex, Pink Floyd, and Metallica while the Canadian collective grooved through a 17-song set that fired up “KC Accidental” and concluded with “Anthems For A Seventeen Year-Old Girl” and “Meet Me In The Basement”.
