If you grew up going to basement shows and listening to Gutter Phenomenon on repeat, then there is a chance you spent most of your time daydreaming about the summer and the WARPED TOUR. Since its inception, it’s been a go-to for kids who live by hi-tops and Drive-Thru Records but it’s also a getaway for those who just want to mosh which is why we couldn’t pass up on its recent trip to The Flats at Budweiser Stage (Jul. 17th). The final hurrah in Toronto featured the likes of Every Time I Die, Underoath, Sum 41, Four Year Strong, Knuckle Puck, Tonight Alive, Silverstein, and more, and it never shied away from going balls to the wall and presenting a sun-kissed dive into all things punk rock. It was loud, hot, and a dizzying tribute to the tour’s Arrow Hall and Molson Park days, but it was also a reminder of how music and friends can turn an average Tuesday into a highlight reel you’ll never forget. For visual proof, keep track of Warped Tour’s final dates (see here) and check out our live photos below via Jeff Filman and Wendy Wei.
If you need more music in your life, keep tabs on JustShows.com and tours from Joyce Manor, Parkway Drive, FIDLAR, Restorations, and The Menzingers.
