Going Live: Every Time I Die, Vanna

It’s hard to say a band like EVERY TIME I DIE could be reaching their peak because it seems that with every album and every tour, said band obliterates said peak. The Buffalo heroes started the Canadian leg of their current tour with pals VANNA, THE ACACIA STRAIN and HUNDREDTH at the London Music Hall, and the mid-sized city it belongs to found a way to feed off of live sets to make memories appear out of thin air. Every opener on the night’s bill thrashed with a vicious nature but that was until the headliners grabbed their gear. The five-piece collectively swerved off into one hell of a cathartic set and managed to verify that the term “blast off” is still alive and well.
