While in the midst of a Salt Lake-to-Portland voyage, R&B pop savant Dan Vidmar – aka SHY GIRLS – recently layover-ed in Toronto to slow jam the heck out of The Garrison. His hour-ish debut set featured a full backing band and an array of electronic instruments, and with confidence, Vidmar crooned through his 4WZ tape and left bystanders transfixed on his every word.
