Photos: Alexisonfire at The Danforth Music Hall

Earlier this week (December 11th), ALEXISONFIRE kicked off their rescheduled string of shows at Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall and wasted no time in stirring up the kind of nostalgia that makes your knees weak. The St. Catharines post-hardcore dudes used their 17-song set to coin the phrase “Monday mosh” as they ripped through Crisis and a party bag of oldies that included “Accidents”, “Waterwings”, and “Happiness By The Kilowatt”. It was enough to send every 20-something into an inconceivable frenzy and seeing the group rifle through gems such as “.44 Caliber Love Letter” proved they’re still one of the greatest bands on earth.
