This past Friday (September 8th), DESCENDENTS and THE MENZINGERS took their mini-tour to Toronto’s Rebel Nightclub and unsurprisingly made punk rock great again. The Philly mainstays ripped through heady one-two’s (“Nice Things”, “Lookers”) and put After The Party on blast while their labelmates completely wrecked shop with a 37-song session that cannonballed into Everything Sucks, Milo Goes To College, and last year’s Hypercaffium Spazzinate. There was an indescribable sense of comfort in the air — one that came with flailing bodies and thrilling sing-alongs about bad tattoos and muscle cars — and we managed to catch a glimpse of it all in the form of a few photographs.
